Johan Zainal Abidin co-founded UK Homes Enterprise in 2014 and has led the firm as Managing Director ever since, from its base on Old Brompton Road in Earls Court.
He is closely involved in the agency's day-to-day sales, lettings and management work, and personally oversees sales progression from offer through to completion, working closely with conveyancers on both sides. He has particular depth in leasehold matters, service charge disputes and tenancy compliance, the areas where landlords and leaseholders most often need clear, well-informed advice.
Johan trained as an engineer, with a degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master's in Petroleum Refining Systems Engineering. He brings the same analytical, methodical approach to property: thorough on the detail and straightforward about the numbers. He is currently working towards MRICS membership.
